Our Mission & Goals

Landtenure.info, created through a collaboration among the International Food Security Network, ActionAid, aGter, COPROFAM, CERAI & the Land and Water Division of FAO, provides overviews of the changing agrarian structures of several countries. We do our best to update our database with the most up-to-date information possible. Any organizations interested in learning about land tenure's role in rural development are more than welcome to join this initiative.

In the development of landtenure.info, we have attempted to present our database information in the most accessible way possible. We don't provide analysis or opinions: what you read here is presented in its original language. We envision that our presentation of organized, integrated public information will help educate anyone interested, and in the long run, promote responsible & sustainable agrarian land development.
